How to make a return?
Please send us an email to request a Return Form (RMA). Once you have received an RMA from us, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include the RMA number on your return package, and send to our address as noted on the invoice.
When will the credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
